Choose the guidance for your tracker model. G1 light patterns should not be used to interpret G2 charging or operational status.
G2: check status in the app
The G2 lights are not intended to indicate charging or operational status. Use the BikeFinder app for accurate status information, including battery level and the latest tracker updates.

G1 light guide
| G1 light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | The tracker is sending positions. While charging, green indicates a fully charged battery. |
| Blue or white | The tracker is searching for a GPS position. |
| Constant red while charging | The battery is charging. |
| Repeated red, green, and blue blinking | Check the tracker’s connection and whether an active subscription is linked in the app. |
A sleeping G1 may show no light. Check the app’s tracker connection and latest update time before concluding that it is offline.
If you are unsure, contact support with your tracker model and a description or video of the light pattern.
