SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS


There are different kinds of prices and subscriptions for each country.
You can read more about which countries we offer insurance for today, here. If your country is not listed, you may use our services without insurance, and for tracking purposes only. A subscription is still needed for tracker to function. 

 

You may sign up for a monthly, 12 months, or 24 months subscription with an automatic renewal. There are different insurance coverages to choose from, chosen by consideration of bike's value and equipment.

WHY YOU AS A CUSTOMER NEED A SUBSCRIPTION?


• The subscription is needed to cover the monthly cellular data cost.
• The tracker use cellular data, the same way as a smartphone, in order to send signals. 

• The tracker does not use a lot of data, which is the reason why we can keep prices as low as today.
• The costs are only enough for us to cover taxes, payment processing fees and R&D/future development.
• It is vital for the tracker's functions to work, in addition to being valid for insurance (if applicable).
