You are eligable a refund within 14 days, but on the following conditions:
• You must still have the original packing/box
• The product must be free of damages (as new)
• You must request this from where it was bought
If the tracker was bought through us, please submit a ticket, and we will help you.
There should be a return label that was included in the package you received from us. Once the product is returned to us, we will refund you for the tracker and subscription.
