WHEN DOES YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRE?

Our standard warranty on the Bikefinder tracker is 2 years.

HOW-TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT TRACKER?

Do you suspect that your tracker is faulty?
Please submit a ticket where you follow the 3 steps below, and we'll have a look as soon as possible.

1. We will need a couple of pictures of the tracker's state, as we do not replace a tracker caused by user error; for example physical damage.

2. We will need you to go through with our standard troubleshooting procedures:
Having problems with your tracker?

3. As soon as we've reviewed the pictures, and had a look at the tracker's data, we will be able to conclude wether or not the tracker should be replaced.

If the issues you are experiencing are due to product faultyness, we will replace it.

Note that battery life capacity will be affected over time, as with any other technical products. Read more about battery and charging here:

DID THE PRODUCT NOT MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS?

If the product is not faulty, and it generally did not meet your expectations, you must return it within 14 days for a refund. If you bought the tracker from a physical store, you must return to them.
