HOW-TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION?Subscriptions automatically renew by end date, but you can cancel or put your subscriptions to automatically cancel by end date at any time via “My Account”.
If your order/subscription was renewed, you are not necessarily entitled to a refund. Our customers have the responsibility to look after their own, active subscriptions, and the responsibility to make contact with Bikefinder support within reasonable time if help is needed.
You can cancel your subscription via "My Account".

By doing so, your subscription(s) will be set to pending cancel, and will not automatically renew by end date. On the other hand, your subscription will still be active for the rest of the paid period.
