Cancel your subscription

To stop renewal, cancel the subscription in the billing account. Removing a tracker from the app or unlinking its plan does not cancel billing.

Cancel a subscription bought on the BikeFinder website

1. Open your subscriptions and sign in with the account used for the purchase.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel. Check its number, plan and renewal date.
3. Use Cancel if available, then read the confirmation.
4. Check the resulting subscription status and end date.

If the subscription is shown as Pending cancellation, it normally stops renewing while remaining active through the paid period shown. The outcome can differ for other subscription states; use the status and dates shown for your own plan.

If you cannot find the plan or cancellation option, contact support with your account email and subscription number before the expected renewal.

Payments and insurance

Stopping renewal does not automatically refund a payment already processed. If you need a payment reviewed, contact support with the relevant order or subscription number. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

If the plan includes insurance, check the current policy documents and the effective end of cover. Do not assume that an app or billing status establishes every condition for insurance.
