BikeFinder offers a two-year commercial warranty on new tracker purchases. This is additional to applicable statutory consumer rights and does not reduce any warranty or rights that applied when you bought your product.
Warranty expiry and consumer rights
A commercial warranty ending does not necessarily mean that your right to report a fault has ended. Statutory rights depend on the country and circumstances of your purchase.
Report a suspected fault
Contact support with your purchase details, tracker model and IMEI, a description of the fault, relevant photos and the checks you have tried.
The charging guide and position troubleshooting guide can help describe the problem. Use the instructions for your model.
Support will assess the issue and explain the appropriate next step and remedy, which can depend on the fault and your applicable rights. A submitted photo is not an automatic replacement approval.
Bought from a retailer?
For a return or statutory fault claim, contact the seller you bought from. BikeFinder Support can help with technical questions or explain a manufacturer warranty process where applicable.
Changed your mind?
See the returns guide. A change-of-mind return deadline is different from the period for reporting a faulty product.
