Returning a tracker, cancelling future subscription renewals and requesting a refund are separate actions. If you bought from a retailer, contact that seller about its return process.
Tell us promptly
For a direct BikeFinder purchase, email support@bikefinder.com or submit a ticket with the order number and delivery date. Tell us whether you are changing your mind or reporting a fault.
Make a change-of-mind return request promptly, within the applicable withdrawal deadline. The published sales terms describe notice within 14 days after receipt for EEA consumers, followed by return within 14 days after giving notice. Your applicable consumer rights may differ with the purchase circumstances.
Return instructions and shipping
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Contact support to confirm the current return address and instructions before posting the tracker; do not assume a prepaid label is included.
Keep packaging and accessories if available, pack the tracker safely and keep proof of posting. Missing original packaging does not by itself determine every statutory return or fault claim. Handling or damage can affect the assessment under applicable rules.
If the tracker is faulty
Use the warranty and fault-reporting guide. A faulty-product claim is different from an ordinary change-of-mind return, including its applicable deadlines and costs.
Subscriptions and refunds
A hardware return request does not automatically stop subscription renewal. To stop renewal, use the cancellation guide and check the result.
Ask support to confirm how each part of your order will be handled. Returning a tracker does not automatically establish that every subscription payment must be refunded. Your applicable rights and commitments made when you purchased remain unaffected.
