In the Bikefinder application you have the opportunity to upload pictures of your bike, bike receipt and tracker installation. We recommend doing so, as it will make things easier for you long-term; For example if your bike were to be stolen, if the police were to offer a helping hand, or if you should need our opinion on how you have installed your tracker.
Be aware that our services do not work as a back-up system. As a general rule we therefore advise you save documentation and pictures elsewhere than in the BikeFinder application only. We do not stand responsible for lost documentation or pictures added or removed by customers.
Some phone models in particular experience issues uploading files from the library to our app.
If you as an individual are unable to upload the pictures, we kindly ask you to send them to us (email@example.com). We will help you upload the pictures manually through our systems.
In advance, we apologise for this inconvenience. We are working on fixing these errors, in addition to working towards a better user experience altogether.
