WHAT PICTURES CAN YOU UPLOAD?
In the Bikefinder application you have the opportunity to upload pictures of your bike, bike receipt and tracker installation. We recommend doing so, as it will make things easier for you long-term; For example if your bike were to be stolen, if the police were to offer a helping hand, or if you should need our opinion on how you have installed your tracker.
Be aware that our services do not work as a back-up system. As a general rule we therefore advise you save documentation and pictures elsewhere than in the BikeFinder application only. We do not stand responsible for lost documentation or pictures manually added or removed by customers.
HOW-TO FIX ERROR UPLOADING PICTURES?
We are working on fixing these errors. If you are among those who are not able to upload pictures, we kindly ask you to send these to us (email@example.com). We will help you upload wished photos as soon as possible.
