If you have placed an order and you want to check its status, you can view this from ''My Account''.
1. Go to ''Orders''
2. Click on the order you want to track/check details of
3. Click on ''Details''
You can also check status your phone by clicking the “Enable updates via SMS” button.
Make sure the phone number presented there is valid. If it's not, you may edit the number by clicking on the edit icon. The updates on your orders will then be messaged to you on your phone.
