This is a guide for purchasing a subscription

There are two different types of subscriptions


You can purchase a subscription either on the app or via our website at bikefinder.com

- Scandinavia & UK (insurance coverage available) 

- International customers (only tracking subscription available) 




1. Buy a subscription via website 


  • NOTE: Bikefinder Tracker device won't work unless you have an active subscription
  • Visit Insurance-Info - BikeFinder then click "Buy Subscription"
  • Then chose one of the options available

For International customers:


When you purchase a subscription, remember to provide the legal owner of the bike for insurance to be valid. 



- After successfully purchased for a subscription, go back to Bikefinder app.
- Then click on the tracker you want to activate the subscription on. 




 


On the tracker's configuration page, press ''Inactive subscription - tap to fix'' or the RED credit card symbol.

It will start searching for your available subscriptions if it exists on your BikeFinder account.





Once the subscription is found, you can select it to activate on your tracker.

 


And the subscription will be linked to your tracker and will be active.
